Ltd. together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, namely Mitt Arv Technologies Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as the 'Company,' 'Us,' and/or 'Mitt Arv') policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you across our website, http://www.mittarv.com, other sites, App, etc. we own and operate, and other communications that Mitt Arv offers you through our communication channel and services we offer online (‘Services’).

Cookies are small files that are placed on Your computer, mobile device, or any other device by a website, containing the details on that website among its many uses.

Country refers to Singapore.

Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cell phone, or a digital tablet.

Service refers to the Application, the Website, other sites, App, etc. we own and operate, and other communications that you are offered by Mitt Arv through their communication channel and services we offer inline, as on the date of registration by you or any other services offered by the Company in future.

It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Service, or to assist the Company in analysing how the Service is used.

Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).

Mitt Arv uses Google APIs when you use your Google account to sign in and use Our Service. Mitt Arv's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements.

We will ensure that our employees, agents, contractors and successors shall comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy.

  • Full Name, Email Address and Phone Number of your contacts provided you have collected explicit consent from them. (Please note, on your addition of any data of such third person as your contacts, it is noted that you have taken their explicit consent before sharing such information. Kindly do not share any such information in case they have not provided you their explicit consent)
  • Customer ID data – Information uniquely associated with each user, including a system-generated Customer ID and user status identifiers.
  • Account and System Data – Details reflecting the operational state of your account, such as account status, suspension or deletion flags, timestamps of account creation or modifications, and indicators of activity or inactivity.
  • Registration and Time-Based Data – Metadata capturing the date and time of account creation and timestamps for specific features or records created during the user journey (e.g., asset creation, contact initiation, collaboration events, or EW entries)
  • Geolocation and Regional Data – Country ID, Country Type ID, and other region-specific identifiers collected to map user association to a geographical jurisdiction or locale.
  • Asset and Interaction Metadata – Asset category and type, asset type name, creation timestamp, asset size, draft status, and deletion status. For premium features, this includes product ID, purchase date, begin date, and end date.

Any contact information shared by you with us is used solely to provide you with Our Service’s features. We do not access or collect any data from your device that you have not chosen to share with us. Any contact information you provide is stored and processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our internal security policies.

2.1.2

Usage Data

  • Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.
  • Usage Data may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
  • When You access the Service by or through a mobile device, We may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device You use, the IP address of Your mobile device, Your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser You use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
  • We support iOS authentication, however, we do not collect, process, store, transmit, disclose, disseminate, distribute or otherwise utilize any biometric data, including Face ID information, which remains solely on the user's device under the control of Apple's operating system. All biometric authentication occurs locally and remains under Apple’s control.
  • We may also collect information that Your browser sends whenever You visit our Service or when You access the Service by or through a mobile device.

Information from Third-Party Social Media services

  • The Company allows you to create an account and log in to use the Service through the following Third-party Social Media Services such as but not limited to:

    • Apple
    • Facebook
  • If you decide to register through or otherwise grant us access to a Third-Party Social Media Service Provider, we may collect Personal data that is already associated with your Third-Party Social Media Service Provider's account, which includes:

    • Your contact list associated with that account

    • Pictures and other information from your Device's camera and photo library

As of now, our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18.
