The VeriLife process tracks your activity. If you’re inactive on the platform for a while, we don’t rush, we wait, send reminders to log in, and only act when it is really needed.

All to ensure your loved ones get what matters most, right when they should.

How does VeriLife
keep track?

1 If you haven’t logged in for 90 days, Mitt Arv sends you gentle email reminders from time to time to log back in.

2 If there’s still no response, we reach out to your Trusted Contacts over the next 60 days to check if everything’s okay.

3 If there’s no direct reply, and responses from your Trusted Contacts are unclear or conflicting, we rely on your Primary Trusted Contact’s word as the final confirmation of your status.

4 If you log back in during this time, the algorithm resets, and things go on just like before.

Your Trusted Contacts can also step in and reach out to us right away if there’s any change in your life status.

When something like this happens -

We wait patiently for 30 days or connect with your other Trusted Contacts to confirm your status.

If there’s still no reply, we will continue checking in with your Trusted Contacts over the next 60 days.

In the absence of a clear update, your Primary Trusted Contact makes the final call.

Once the life status is updated, what’s the next step Mitt Arv takes?

Posthumous/
Deceased

If a user is marked as deceased, their Emotional Wills and asset information, set to be shared after passing or during a terminal illness, will be securely delivered to their chosen recipients.

Alive and Kickin’

If it’s confirmed that the user is alive and well, they’ll need to log in within 30 days to keep everything as it is.

But if they don’t return, Mitt Arv can’t fulfil its purpose. We won’t know when to act, and your data may never reach your loved ones.

So, after another 30 days of no activity, we will safely delete all your data.

Terminally Ill

If a user is marked as terminally ill, their Emotional Wills and asset information, set to be shared during a terminal illness, will be securely delivered to their chosen recipients.

VeriLife resets, and we check back in after 3 months to see if anything has changed.

Note: If you log in at any time, the VeriLife process will automatically reset. This means no further action will be taken, and your data will stay safe and secure.
